see cutoff score changes in every year and it depends on some of the factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of stream etc. however at this percentile you have less chances in tier 1 private colleges or government engineering college.

to admission to Manipal Instiute of technology you have to appear in manipal entrance test.
