Manipal conducts its own test so to get admission in Manipal through JEE marks is only possible in the fifth or later rounds if some seats are still left. They use jee main score/ rank to fill the seats. All the seats are usually filled using the MU-OET rank so chances are really bleak if you depend on your Jee main result.
