Yes being from Home State SC Category, with 50 Percentile in JEE Main, you do have somewhat bleak chances in securing either of Metallurgical, Mechanical, Civil or Production Engineering at PEC Chandigarh. However, I would advise you to target anywhere above 70 Percentile over next JEE Attempts for better prospects and surety of securing a seat during counselling at PEC Chandigarh.
