Honestly its impossible.There is no college in India that can offer you B.tech in any stream under lakh.
Infact Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College - [JNEC], Aurangabad one year fee is 120,000.
So, minimum need to have 4-6 lakhs to complete b.tech in any stream.
