State medical colleges (private or government), take admission under two quotas:
1.) State quota, under which 85% of the seats are reserved.
2.) All India quota, under which 15% of the seats are reserved.
Therefore, if you don't have Gujarat domicile, then you can take admission into a private medical college of Gujarat under the All India quota.
