Can I get admission in VIT Chennai or Vellore now as all the counselling done and I have given the VITEEE and scored 17000 rank

Dont go for VIT VELLOR it is not worth joining at all , instead of paying a huge fees of 14-15 lacs plus donation which will land you somewhere around 20 lacs for a deemed university , you can get some good colleges of PUNE UNIVERSITY which is a renowned university all over INDIA for a lesser fee and capitaion amount and get better placements than VIT VELLOR where only mainstream IT companies like TCS, TECHMAHINDRA, L&T infotech etc visit for placements which go to every other college, if you want good future aspects of engineering and get placed in TOP MNCs go for top colleges of PUNE university.

The college admissions have already taken place and the classes have already begun. You may still have a chance to get a seat only through the management quota. But if any seat is available,through normal admission,  then you will get it as many students tend to drop out every now and then.
