Can I get admission into this collage via other entrance exam rather than jee mains

Hello,
I assume you are talking about admission in NIT Jamshedpur. For admission to B. Tech courses NIT Jamshedpur only uses the JEE Main score. The Join t Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) / Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) allocates the seats for Under Graduate Programmes through Common Counseling process.
