Hey Tuli !
Ofcourse you can get a seat in a Govt. Medical College in West Bengal with the Migration Certificate of CU even if that belongs to previous year, but you must keep it in your mind that during document submission, the authority would take in the Migration Certificate which you received after completion of your +2 Level from the School. That particular Document holds a significance in the aspect of admission.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck !

Did you drop out of any CU affiliated college and then study for neet?
Dear Tuli, if your question is you have pursued a course from Calcutta University and now you are discontinuing it to join MBBS and are wondering if this migration certificate can be considered for gap year, yes you can. As long as the certificate is authenticated and valid it is good. But if I misunderstood your question, please rephrase your question in the comments section and we shall help you.
