can i get admission when i have not got collage in first round counselling and never attend second or final counselling round.

Dear Chandan, if attending the counselling is the only way of getting admission for this course, then unfortunately you will not get admission. This is because, you did not get a seat in the first round and didn't participate in the subsequent rounds. So you do not have a chance at getting an admission.
