In your question you have not mentioned in which course you wanted to take admission in MIT PWU,Pune. In general it may be said that 50th percentile in MHT Cet, is not a hopeful percentile for MTI WPU, Pune for admission in 4 years BTech course of study. According to the stream in engineering percentile and cutoff varies from one stream of Engineering to another every year.
So try for the best.
