I got 70 percentile in mht CET and 50 percentile in jee mains and 71 percent in hsc board which engineering college I will get in pune

70 percentile is a bit less for getting in top colleges but there are still hopes for you in decent colleges, you can lookout for private colleges where jee/state exam are considered for admission , though you didn't get any college through josaa but there are still colleges where you can apply individually as not all colleges are filled completely.

I would like to tell you that with this percentile it is very difficult to get any college through josaa or in Pune as the cut offs for these colleges are very high.
