can i get admitted in btech cse in patna with 70% marks in CBSE+2 ? i haven't given any enterance exam..

Hope you are doing well.
As per your question, you have decent percentage in boards but if you want to persue Btech in CSE department then you should have to give any entrance exam either on state level or on national level like JEE or BITS entrance exam. Without entrance exam your chances to get any Btech courses or CSE department would be low. You can try for management quota seats if possible but they will charge you higher donation .
