It is impossible to predict for now with only marks. Because after the normalization of score is done the rank varies to a large extent. Last year a student with 220 marks was having 22000 rank at same time with 181 was in top 10000.
So, basically is that onec you get the rank than only it can be predicted. Before the NTA the thing was clear and normalization was not done.
At last I can guess that even with 150 marks for home state won't be enough to fetch a CSE seat.
