Can I get any colleges based on my percentile 91.13 not only NITs any other? Means this percentile is useful for only NITs or???

The cutoff for the college's and for JEE ADVANCE will only be declared by NTA after the April exam of JEE MAINS. It's due to the reason that the cutoff will also depend on the second exam as the best of two scores of the candidate will be considered before making the rank list. But according to TimesNow news , the candidate need to be top 70 percentile to qualify for JEE ADVANCE

Well, according to our website for candidates to qualify for admissions for nit's they should have at least secured 75% in class 12 exam or be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 exam as conducted by your respective boards.
For SC/st category the criteria is 65% in class 12 exam.
