Can I get any government collage.... anywhere .....with a neet score of 264.. (myself keralite)

Dear Sir/ Ma'm, with a score of 264, you will definitely not get any seat through the 15% All India quota counselling. So, all you are left with is your state counselling, since it provides 85% of the seats to its domicile students. You might get Pariyaram Medical College, Pariyaram only if you are a SC category student. You may also get the following colleges provided you are a SC category student - Amala institute of Medical Sciences, Amalanagar, Believers Church Medical College Hospital, Thiruvalla, MES Academy of Medical Sciences, Malaparamba, Jubilee Mission Medical College and Research Institute, Thrissur among private medical colleges.

You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, the cut offs for various Categories under State Quota have been as follows:

General Category: 558
SC: 385
ST: 278

So with a score of 264, a seat in a Government Medical College might not be possible. But the cut off for Govt. Controlled Self financing Medical College for ST Category was 264. The cut off is much lesser for Private Self financing Medical Colleges of ST Category. So with this score you have a chance only if you belong to ST Category. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. You have not mentioned which category you belong to. If it is general, to be frank, there are no chances for procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Also, even if it is SC or St, all India quota seems impossible, and for state quotas, it varies for states. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
