Can i get any seat in IIITs orGFTIs with a rank 96000

If it is a General rank in jee mains then it is difficult to get seat in IIIT or GFTIs on this rank in any branch.
The cutoff for the IIIT or GFTIs are below 50000 rank in general category approximately in last consecutive years to get admission in engineering branches.
