As per the cut off lost Sabiya getting a government college in your mentioned rank would ne a bit difficult. You haven't mentioned any category so I am stating keeping general category. Cut off would be mainly based on 3 types:

1. Government College: Usually goes from 420+ for general category.

2. Semi- government: The fee structure usually higher than Government and the cut off goes from 400+ for general.

3. Private: Cut off here varies as with low fee you get high cut off and the vice versa. Cut off starts from 300+ for general category here.
