Dear Kulsoom, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 533
BC: 519
SC: 370
ST: 429

So if you belong to General or OBC Category, it is a tight spot you are in. But if you belong to Reserved Categories, you have a fair chance. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
