can i get cse at nit at 90%tile as a obc candidate?

According to https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile 90 percentile is marks around 70 and rank wouls be somewhere around 1 lakh. you did not mention your state domicle .with 1 lakh from obc category you will have really low or no chances to fetch seat in nits .alsono chances to fetch cse at nits.you need a better percentile atleast 96-97+ to fetchh seat in cse at nits.for more information you can refer to: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-top-btech-branches
