See the cutoff is basically decided on the basis of no. of students who applied, performance of students and total no. of seats available.
Thus it always seems meaningless to predict cutoff for any college and further the course as its always unknown that how many candidates will apply for the same course or college however you may select a college for which you are looking about above mentioned courses and see previous year's trend.
