can i get fee waiver seat after round 1 . All seats are full in fee waiver but my rank is better then the students who got seat is there any chance of getting a seat?

The TFW scheme is approved by the Government of India for the candidates having Annual family income very less and are unable to pay and bear the college fees and it's expenses. Candidates having very less annual income are eligible and get a seat through the TFW scheme.
So, if you have less income and if you have applied for the TFW scheme, then you would get the benefits and get a seat through this scheme.
Getting admission through TFW scheme doesn't depends on your rank but on your income.
Also, it is not a mode of admission process but is a scheme for the candidates facing problems in fees payment. So, even if you have a good tank and good Annual family income, you won't get seat through TFW scheme. But, if you have less income then you would definitely get admission through TFW scheme.
