Yes, surly you can get. RV college of engineering is very good college.
By the way government job does not require qualification from any good college. Government job see your knowledge, personality, communication skill , behaviour etc. College doesn't matters in government job ,the things matter is your skill and knowledge . So best of luck for your future.

Surely you can get a good government job after studying in R V college of engineering.

Hello,
No, college can give you a permanent government job.You can only get government jobs by exams conducted by government or bodies related to it.
Though after completion of your graduation from you college you can apply for various government jobs like UPSC, SSC, Bank PO/Clerk etc.
