Can I get government engineering college in Maharashtra via cap round with jee main air 85000 ?.

Sorry to say , but at this rank it will be difficult for you to get in government colleges as I am assuming that  you are outside Maharashtra Student (OMS category) for which only 15% seats are alloted rest 85% are for home state students . Below are some well known colleges -

Since your jee mains rank is too high so there is tough chance you get seat in any of government college via maharahstra cap counseling. If you get seat then you have to wait till 3rd round. According to previous years cut offs you may have chance in Department of Technology (mechanical, civil, chemical) only but you can apply for private colleges from below link:
