i got 455 in neet 2018 from gujarat state general category so can i get government medical college in gujarat or any other state or should take drop out for next year?

Banerjee sir actually i live in gujarat and here there are so many semi government medical colleges available that run by half government aid and half student's contribution, the fee structure are very less then private medical colleges and also their cut off marks are less then government college.
