Can I get government medical college through neet I scored 525 & I belong to up

Dear Ashutosh, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category:  469
OBC: 429
SC: 372
ST: 169

So irrespective of your Category, at 525 marks you have a chance at all the top GMCs. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like top NEET score, no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam.and difficulty of the exam. We would suggest you wait until the official Answer key has been released to assess your options. Congratulations for getting such a good score in NEET.
According to previous year cut offs if you apply in UP with state quota then you have higher chances of getting a college.
The cut off of U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah was 492 for GEN category
And  the cut off of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow was 469 for GEN category.
