You havent mentioned which Category you belong to. Neverthless, 432 seems a decent score if you belong to Reserved Categories. Even if you belong to General Category, you might have a chance. You can even give it a try in Tamilnadu MBBS/BDS mop up round because more than 150 seats have been transferred from Central Pool to Tamilnadu State Counselling as they have been either vacant or unfilled.
