You will have to take admission under 15% All India Quota for admission to Government Medical Colleges. But according to your marks and based on the previous year cutoff you have very less chances for admission under AIQ.
For 85% state quota seats, I would be able to help you better if you tell the name of your state.
You can also try for admission to private colleges.
