You have fair chances of getting a seat in government college as considering last year's least marks to secure a seat was 479 marks in maldah medical College,maldah under unreserved quota .so I can say yes you can get one but remember cutoff varies every year depending on the number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of students scoring more than you and your category.
