Dear student,
As you have secured 1837 sc category rank in jee mains, then as per seeing the cutoff trends of iiit allahabad, you will not get your preferred branch.
The cutoff for Information Technology-Business Informatics, is :-
OR - 1501
CR - 1641
And this cutoff opening and closing rank is since round 1, that means the seats are full till round 5, now, if anyone's seat got cancelled or if anyone left their seat, then it will create a vacant position, and if the seat becomes vacant, then there is a chance that cutoff will increase a bit.
But, as per seeing the trends there is negligible chance that you can get Information Technology-Business Informatics in iiit allahabad this year in josaa counseling because there is no increment of cutoff till 5th round of seat allocation.
But, as per seeing last year cutoff trends the is still a chance that you can get Information Technology-Business Informatics in iiit allahabad.

let me explain you that how seat get vacant.
suppose a student got allotted seat and he/she accepts the seat by pay the seat acceptance fees, now till last year candidates have to go to the reporting Centre to confirm their seats and if some students accepted the seat and don't go to the reporting Centre then their seat was treated as cancelled. or some student take admission in another colleges then also the seat remains vacant.
And now this year due to pandemic situation no one can go to the reporting Centre so for retaining the seat candidates have to give an additional partial admission fees for retaining their josaa seat. and if any student don't give this was then his seat will be cancelled and that seat will be vacant. So like this the seat remains vacanct either you got alloted accepted it but take admission in other colleges or if you paid the seat acceptance fee but not the partial admission fees, then also seat will remain vacant.
So these remaining vacant seats will be filled in csab special round counselling.
