As you have secured 45000 rank in OBC then it looks hard for you to get into IIIT . So applying I'm JOSAA counselling won't worth you . To get into IIIT you must atleast score within 20000 . But as per the record of CSAB counseling there are very small chances of you getting into lower IIIT like gwailior , kurnool , raipur and all .
