Yes, you can take admission in the D Pharma course right after completing your XII education.

But yes after passing XII standard you can pursue Pharma D course.
---- There are two levels of PharmaD programme.
You are eligible FOR Pre- Baccalaureate program of course duration 6 years.
The eligibility criteria is same as the one mentioned in the answer. Though the minimum percentage criteria may vary from college to college.
---- You can appear for entrance examination for top colleges offering PharmaD such as SRMJEEE, and Manipal Entrance Test.
