Though there is no guarantee that your seat is confirmed I would still say looking at last year's cutoff that you stand really a good chance of getting into the college. If you don't get into the college then also join other government college and persue your MBBS there that will make some difference but it won't be that great. You have secured a nice score keep it up. Best of luck hope you ll get into the College that you have dreamt.
