can I get mbbs college in bihar...my marks is 524?

You haven't mentioned your category, I'll assume you belong to Gen category.
Bihar is very competitive state in terms of medical college,so at your expected marks there are almost rare chance to get you govt mbbs college at this marks in bihar state counseling.
In NEET 2020 bihar state counseling cut off marks for different category candidates was
Gen- 610 marks
EWS- 598 marks
OBC-604 marks
Ebc- 587 marks
SC-457 marks
ST- 487 marks
So at your expected marks you will not get govt mbbs college unless you belong to SC/St category.
You may try for govt BAMS college in all india ayush counseling,there you might get govt BAMS college.
You will get private medical colleges at this marks.
