Can i get mbbs govt college with 486 rank in Punjab. 1st counselling stops at 286 rank and also how much is six months tuition fees topay

Here is a list of all Government Medical colleges in Punjab and their respective cut offs in the previous year under the 85% State quota in the UR category Considering your marks you don't seem to have much chance if you belong to the general category especially if first counselling stopped at 286. Chances are more for private colleges.
Govt. Medical College, Amritsar 11,268, 549
