I wouldn't tell you the chances are none, but they might be few. I would recommend you to put your hopes on the counseling process since this is not far enough from a border line case which in any way can work in your favour. If not CSE, you can grab other key branches such as ECE which provide equal opportunities in colleges and with a good coding culture around you, one might score a CSE package.
