Dear aspirant,
As you mentioned that you have filled the application form a bit late and that is on 22nd April so let me tell this thing depends on the number of candidates in your city and at what rate the application form is being filled. If the seats are over in your city then you would be given the next nearest city as per your preference.
But generally if you are from an average city also you need not go outside the city.
