you can get you admitcard back ,as admitcard are just to check that the right person is giving the exam or not .even if your admitcard is not given back don't take tension ,you have downloaded admitcard ,if not then download it from jee mains site because during councelling it require.

After polytechnic its not applicable to apply for IIT. But if you have done 12th from NIOS with physics and maths, then u can apply for that.

No you donot have to give your admit card to the examiner.
But sometime some centre keep it ;so there will be no problem because you have softcopy of the admit card with you . You can take print of it anytime.
