Your querry is bit confusing. Do you mean 68000 in common rank list or 68000 rank in Obc list.

If for 68000 crl-than you don't have good chances for NITs until you have home state quota in hamirpur, or westbengal or in north eastern state.
If 68000 obc rank-then definitely you will not get into NIT. Your rank is not sufficient.
