Hello Ashok,
It would be better if you could kindly provide your Home state , since the colleges offer a lower cutoff for HS candidates.
Now, as per previous trends , it is very difficult for you to get a NIT/GFTIs with this rank in JoSAA Counselling , since they offer a higher cutoff for OS students. Usual cutoff is around -600-800.
Some colleges you may apply which admits students using JEE Scores:-
SRM, PES, CBS, CU, Manipal, Bennett, Amity, State counsellings, Lpu etc.
