Sorry to say but with this rank it would be impossible for you to get into any NITs or IIITs based on other state quota but there is some chance if you belong to a state where home state quota is more powerful and seats are vacant.
As you did not mention your state I can not comment on that aspect. But all and all your chances to get into NITs or IIITs is only possible under HOME STATE QUOTA.
