To be honest it's difficult to say anything about the confirmation with certainty. As SIBM pune is one of the top 30 B Schools in India, the competition is really high for it. I will suggest you to have patience and pray that you get lucky to be confirmed. Also, keep all the other options open for yourself that you've in your hands.
