Hey,
To be Very honest it's difficult to say anything about the confirmation with certainty. As you know the waiting lost turns to confirmation only when the students above you have either left the seat or taken admission into other colleges.
The chances in such cases are always 50-59. But as you waiting no is 99 so there are 98 students ahead of you makes it more challenging for you to secure the confirmation.. I will suggest you to have patience and pray that you get lucky to be confirmed.
