So you can not get a government medical college,  with your marks.

Under general category it is impossible to get seat for MBBS and BDs in government colleges.

You can check the previous year cutoffs of various colleges using the link below,

The cutoff will vary this year based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants,no of seats available etc.

Ankit,  it depends on the state you are from. Also your category plays an important role. Although it is difficult to get government colleges at this score but you can try private colleges
