Can i get the chance of filling the application form of phd course??

Most of the PhD courses in different top universities across India require you to qualify the UGC-NET or CSIR-NET or needs you to have a fellowship from the government.

However, there are a few universities that can give you admission in PhD if you portray exceptional research skills. Most of the universities release their forms between February-October, every year.
