You haven't mentioned any college name of bihar state. As per the last year cutoff trend for the government medical colleges for the obc category your rank must be more tan 540+ and if you belongs to sc category then around to 380+ and if st category then cuttoff will be around to 450+.
Your chances at 350 was very very less to get any government medical college.
