Last year itself the cut off for UR in Tirunelveli Medical College was 441 through state quota and 453 through All India Quota.
This year the cut off has increased due to more number of students qualifying the exam and getting 500+ range.
Therefore with 441 you don't seem to have a chance to get this college in 2nd round of counselling.
