If we analyse through the last year statistics then Yes! you may get CSE at VSSUT BURLA. If not in primary rounds then definitely in subsequent rounds. Your rank will be around 1 lakh and cutoff also remains around it. For some other branches the cutoff pushes over 2 lakh also.
