Hi,

Yes, you can give IIT JAM after completing your M.sc. candidates need to score 55% or 5.5 CGPA out of 10 in the last qualifying degree from a recognised university/institute. There are many specialization in M.sc and each follows different eligibility criteria under IIT JAM.
