Yes, if you satisfy the eligibility criteria both the exams, you can apply and attempt both the exams, that is, PCS and UPSC in the same year. There is no restriction to it. But, you should thoroughly search and have knowledge about rb the dates of both the exams, see that they don't clash. You can prepare by analysing the syllabus in common for both the exams.

Hi Dear,
Yes, you can give state Provincial Civil Services entrance exam and Union Public Service Commission exam in the same year if you have good preparation. To be eligible to write both the exam youmust hold a Bachelor's Degree from any recognised University or equivalent qualification. However, you cannot rely on preparation of any one exam and give both the exams. You need to focus on both the exams equally.
