can i go for bams and mbbs counselling simultanouesly

Yes you can appear for both the counsellings. However at the end, you can take only one seat and will have to forfeit whatever is allotted in the other one.

Please make sure you checkout previous year cutoffs, bond rules and also the refund policy of both the counsellings to make an informed decision.
